The staff there are so nice and professional. They communicate well through calls and messaging and are very thorough in explaining their diagnostic’s. I would definitely trust them with all my vehicles. I will be returning. Oh! And I thought the Admitting, Emergency Room and Same Day Surgery signs add a humerus 😂touch.

This is a friendly establishment that listens and askes clarifying questions. I appreciate that even though I do not speak fluent automotive lingo, my concerns were handled with respect and dignity. The cost of repairing my vehicle was a fitting charge and the owner was upfront about these costs before the repair was started. The needs for future maintenance were presented with a time table and an offer to schedule. I felt that the offer had no pressure behind it. Thanks. This shop has also helped me when they had my vehicle by delivering me to work or home. There is a customer waiting area, a restroom, and a friendly dog that is very gentle and friendly. I absolutely recommend giving Yakima Automotive a call, the shop is definitely worth visiting. I always feel safe in my car after it had been at this shop.
