Had my 2016 Honda Odyssey towed to Yakima Automotive Inc. per a friend's recommendation for mystery engine light problems. Sarah and Nathan were kind and courteous and their mechanics had the car fixed the next day. So grateful for their help.

I got a thermo done at Yakima Automotive and they told me they quoted the max amount of fluid, but my jeep probably wouldn't need that much. In the end, I was only charged for a couple of quarts! Good on them.... I hate surprise charges. I like when my mechanic warns me how much something MIGHT cost, rather than a mechanic who lures me in with cheap quotes. Thank you guys!

I was recommended to Nathans Shop by my old mechanic (shout out to Darrel from Central Washington Auto and Truck Repair) and he did not disappoint. I have an older model of Subaru Legacy that was having some scary steam coming out of the hood. As a women is it very easy to not be taken seriously or made to feel inept by mechanics. This was not the case with Nathan. He was kind and patient and explained the problem in a way that was understandable. He even gave me a ride to pick up my car once the issue was settled. Also, shout out Sarah the front desk person she was incredible at communicating and attending to my concerns as well as being very friendly. 10/10 would recommend this shop and I will be coming back again.

Had a code on my expedition. They were very friendly and over the top in helpfulness. No appointment . Fixed the problem with in minutes. Great business model.

First time customer. Welcoming and friendly staff and was willing to service our Mini. Cooper. We spoke about our services needed and they seemed to have a good understanding as to how to proceed. They did the service work and so far no other issues have reoccurred over this past two days.

The staff there are so nice and professional. They communicate well through calls and messaging and are very thorough in explaining their diagnostic’s. I would definitely trust them with all my vehicles. I will be returning. Oh! And I thought the Admitting, Emergency Room and Same Day Surgery signs add a humerus 😂touch.
